The Works of K.L. Parnell

I've been writing most of my life, in some form or another.  In the 1980's I got my first computer.  I didn't know how to do anything with at first, except how to open files and look at their contents!  Then a friend gave me a scheduling program (Sidekick, I think) that had a word processor included and I used that for a long time.  After a bit, I was able to purchase a dot matrix printer.  That allowed me to print on small pages that were approximately a paperback book size. Now I have a color laser printer, how times have changed!  I was inspired late one night, while doing my laundry, to start writing about a space station owned by a company called WebbCo.  You see, the washer and dryer in my apartment complex were provided by Webb, LOL.  Of course, a decade later came the World Wide Web!  And now James Webb is being honored with a space telescope named after him, so that may have bearing on the final product, as well.  I have rewritten/retyped that story a number of times; thankfully I've finally learned to stash copies of my manuscripts online and in various computers and I try to stick with the same OS, too,  so I've hopefully solved that problem!  But other story ideas have taken root in my head in the meantime, so now I'm mid-stream, with three novels in progress and more pushing and shoving to get out!  I am determined to finish one of these puppies; the plan is to finish the 'first contact' story first.  Yes, first things first indeed.  All are set at least partially in the "Kohr" Galaxy, thus, The Worlds of Kohr.  Anyway, I'll be leaking plot ideas here and hopefully when they are done, they will have a small audience of readers who have followed their growth.  You can go to the links below to read basic information on each novel's plot.

To contact me, email me at felinegeek at mail dot com, and please put Worlds of Kohr, or WOK, in the subject line, so I don't delete your email as spam.  Thank you!
